Hello School Counselors of Bucks County!
Some of you may remember about eight years ago we had a thriving county-wide organization with bi-yearly breakfast meetings at the Middle Bucks Institute of Technology and the Bucks County Technical High School located in Jamison and Levittown area respectively. Each meeting featured a speaker presenting on current issues facing school counselors and also provided opportunities for networking.
As a former treasurer, it is my hope that together we can revitalize the BCSCA to once again provide school counselors with excellent resources in the age of technology. Joining me in this effort are several school counselors: Christi Blank, Bensalem School District; Kathy Eby, BCTHS; and Ellen Finklestein, Bensalem School District.
To facilitate our communication across Bucks County, we have created a Wiki entitled Bucks County School Counselors Association http://bcsca.wikispaces.com/ which provides three major benefits:
1. Provides members with the opportunity to post and download resources.
2. Provides members with updates on programs we will hold throughout the year.
3. Provides presenters with the opportunity to post resources for future reference.
To become a member of the Wiki, please complete the following steps:
